The Youngsville Lions Club will have its annual Gumbo-Chili Cook-off on January 20, 2024. The cook-off will be held at the soccer parking lot at the Youngsville Sports Complex.
The entrance fee is ten dollars for all-you-can-eat. Children under six years old eat free.
A team of four is $125 per team. Each team must provide its own ten by ten foot size tent, bowls, and spoons. Rice will be provided for each team.
All proceeds from the cook-off will be dedicated to the construction of an inclusive playground, which will be installed on the Youngsville Sports Complex Expansion.
