We are currently experiencing an outage affecting 3,700 customers in the Broussard / Youngsville, Louisiana, area. A transmission outage affects three substations, one serving our headquarters office. That’s why the outage-reporting system is down. Crews are working to determine the exact cause so it can be repaired quickly.

Once the issue is corrected, it is likely that customers will all be restored at one time, so calling in to report that you are without power is not necessary. Once the problem is corrected, we will let you know. At that time, anyone still without power should call our outage line – 1-888-275-3626. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore your power.
