A ribbon cutting was held this morning for the new Youngsville Municipal Complex. The complex houses City Hall, Council Chambers and the Police Department. Mayor Ken Ritter took the honor of cutting the ribbon.
The ribbon cutting was held in conjunction of city officials taking their oath of office.
