Excitement was evident this morning as children, accompanied by their parents, waited for the doors of We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym (WRSKG) to open for the first time.
The gym is unique in that it is an inclusive kid’s gym / play area that has allows children with special needs to explore, learn and have fun. According to their web site, the gym was designed as a sensory-safe gym “to work for children of all abilities, so no one is left out on their special day”.
There is an open play area, a party room, classes, camp, and toys for sale. The facility is available for private facility rentals.
The Kid’s Gym is located at 425 St. Deporres Street, Suite 102 in Broussard, Louisiana.
