Lafayette, LA (February 15, 2025) – Lafayette firefighters responded to a residential fire in the 2800 block of Louisiana Avenue at 6:11 p.m. Friday evening. Firefighters arrived on the scene within 5 minutes to smoke coming from a two-story townhouse. The occupant informed first responders the bedroom upstairs was on fire.
