ARREST WARRANT
YOUNGSVILLE, LA (Jun. 5, 2024) – The Youngsville Police Department (YPD) has an active warrant for one of the suspects in the May 9, 2024 shooting on Forest Grove. YPD is attempting to locate the suspect.
The warrant is for suspect Jason Raymond Jones Jr., a black male with the birthdate of March 30, 2006. The warrant is for attempted second-degree murder.

YOUNGSVILLE, LA (May 13, 2024) – On Thursday, May 9th, 2024, around 10:30 p.m., two individuals exchanged gunfire on Forest Grove in Youngsville, firing approximately 14 rounds at each other.
According to Youngsville Police Chief Cody Louviere, no one was struck or injured during the gunfire. One vehicle and one residence were struck by the gunfire.
Louviere stated that the incident is currently under investigation and no further information can be released while the investigation is open.
