Lafayette, LA (March 28, 2025) – A 54-year-old man is under arrest, facing charges related to indecent behavior and sexual misconduct.
Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Ronald Naomi, Jr. Thursday afternoon, following an investigation into alleged indecent behavior between Naomi and a juvenile student at a Lafayette Parish school where Naomi served as a volunteer coach.
Naomi was later booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center for Indecent Behavior with Juveniles and Prohibited Sexual Conduct between an Educator and a Student.
