The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that beginning on March 18, 2024, work will commence on a $591,040.00 project to install new speed limit signs and radar speed detection devices along I-10 on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge in Iberville and St. Martin parishes.

The northbound lane in the 1000 block of Johnston Street will be closed for construction from March 11 through March 23, 2024.

The 400 block of Whitebark Drive will be closed beginning March 4, 2024, while Public Works crews replace a cross drain.

The 200 block of Antigua Drive will be closed for utility repairs.

The bridge crossing on Crestlawn Drive (approximately 0.40 miles east of Johnston Street) will be temporarily closed beginning Monday, February 5, 2024.

Starting Monday, February 5, 2024, Bluebird Drive will be closed at the bridge crossing between Comeaux Recreation Center and Ovey Comeaux High School (OCHS).
