The eastbound and westbound lanes of US 90 (Cameron Street) between Andres Street and Wilfred Road will have nightly alternating lane closures beginning Monday, June 19, until Friday, July 14, 2023, weather permitting.

DOTD Announces Bid Results for Statewide Projects

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that 22 projects around the state received bids in May. Nineteen contractors presented apparent low bids totaling $217.3 million.

Bridge Closure: Eloi Broussard

The Eloi Broussard Bridge over the Vermilion River on LA 733 (East Broussard Road), at milepost 1.25, will be closed on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., weather permitting.

Pinhook Road Resurfacing Project

Drainage improvements related to the Pinhook Rd. resurfacing project have been completed, and crews have moved on to resurfacing Pinhook from Dorset St. to Jomela Drive.

UPDATE: Road Closure: LA 353 SE of LA 94

LA 353 (Prairie Highway), approximately 2.3 miles southeast of LA 94 (Carmel Drive), will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning Monday, June 12 at 5:00 a.m. until Monday, July 3, 2023, at 5:00 a.m., weather permitting.

Lane Closures: US EB & WB Between LA 14 and St Martin Parish Line

US 90 eastbound and westbound between LA 14 and the St. Martin Parish line will have daily alternating lane closures on Wednesday, June 7, and Thursday, June 8, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

The eastbound outside lane of US 167 (Johnston Street) between Holden Avenue and LA 3025 (Bertrand Drive) will be closed on Thursday, June 8, 2023, from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
