HUGH WALLIS ROAD BETWEEN GENERAL MOUTON AVENUE AND KALISTE SALOOM ROAD CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION
Lafayette, LA – Both lanes of Hugh Wallis Road are closed from General Mouton Avenue to Kaliste Saloom Road while the roadway is removed and overlayed with new asphalt pavement. Once the base work is complete and dry, the roadway will open with intermittent lane closures, expected in the week of May 8.
Total construction time for this project is expected to last approximately three weeks, weather permitting.
