The Fishbowl Sports Radio (FSR) podcast caters to Louisiana sports fans by producing a weekly podcast about collegiate athletics from the Best in Sports in Acadiana, featuring the Ragin’ Cajuns and Louisiana State University (LSU) in the Acadiana area.
Hosts Chief (Logan Fusilier) and Juicy (Joseph LeJeune) say sports are more than scores and statistics. It’s about the spirit of the game, representing a beloved institution and the unbreakable bond that connects fans across generations. To make the experience engaging and entertaining for their listeners, they infuse their discussions with passion, humor, and the occasional friendly rivalry.
According to Chief and Juicy, FSR was founded on September 19, 2012, and achieved remarkable success in Internet Radio. On October 7, 2013, FSR was accepted as a member of iHeartRadio. In January 2015, FSR was chosen as one of iHeartRadio’s picks of the month. After taking a break from podcasting in 2017, FSR relaunched in December 2019.
