On Thursday, U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced that the Iberia Parish Airport Authority is being granted $2 million from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) to help build a new, 200,000 square-foot hangar at the Acadiana Regional Airport in New Iberia, among related projects.
