The northbound and southbound sections of US 167 from Maurice to East LeBlanc Road will have intermittent lane closures on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The outside travel lane of US 90 northbound from LA 92-1 (Smede Highway) to LA 3073 (Ambassador Caffery Parkway) will have nightly lane closures on Sunday, September 10, and Monday, September 11, 2023, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.

US 90 northbound from just south of LA 88 (Coteau Road) to LA 92-1 (Young Street) will have nightly lane closures from Tuesday, September 12 to Sunday, November 12, 2023, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.

With temperatures forecasted to climb above 100 degrees in the coming days, Lafayette Consolidated Government will open a cooling station for anyone who needs a safe place to escape the excessive heat.
