DOTD Announces Start of $21M Project on US 90

he Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2023, work will begin on a $21.10 million project to rehabilitate two sections of U.S. 90.

Lane Closures: I-49 NB and SB

I-49 Northbound & Southbound from the I-10 interchange to mile marker nine at the Lafayette/St. Landry Parish Line will have alternating lane closures for a sweeping operation on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. until Friday, September 1, 2023, at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.

LA 93 (Apollo Road) from US 90 to Specialty Lane will have intermittent alternating lane closures throughout the day, beginning Thursday, August 24 until Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.
