Parish Councilman & Councilman-Elect host District 2 Louisiana Public Service Commissioner for TOWN HALL MEETING ON MAGNOLIA WATER SERVICE RATE INCREASES
Lafayette, LA – District 3 Lafayette Parish Councilman Josh Carlson & Councilman-Elect Ken Stansbury are hosting Dr. Craig Greene, the Louisiana Public Service Commission (LPSC) District 2 representative, for a town hall meeting to discuss the service rate increases being experienced by customers of Magnolia Water (formerly TESI and Water & Waste Water Utilities).
As the regulators of utilities throughout the state, the LPSC has been responsive to these matters, so this forum is being provided so that questions and concerns could be further addressed by the foremost public authority on utilities.
This meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Comeaux Recreation Center at 411 West Bluebird Drive in Lafayette. Councilman Carlson and Councilman-Elect Stansbury strongly encourage citizen participation, so this meeting is open to the public.
