LAFAYETTE, LA (Mar. 18, 2024) – District 1 Lafayette City Councilman Elroy Broussard is hosting a town hall meeting to provide an opportunity for his constituents to gather pertinent updates, ask questions, and provide feedback about the LUS Bonin Redevelopment Project (Bonin 4) and the University Avenue Corridor Improvements Project (Revitalization). This meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the parish church hall on the campus of Saint Anthony Catholic Church, located at 600 Madeline Avenue / 615 Edison Street in Lafayette. Directors and engineers from LUS, along with the Public Works and Traffic, Roads & Bridges Departments, will be available for robust discussion on the forthcoming phases of each project. Councilman Broussard strongly encourages citizen interest, input, and engagement in these projects, which are vitally important to the north side of the City of Lafayette and the District he represents, so this meeting is open to the public.
