LAFAYETTE, LA (July 27, 2024) – A fund is in place at the Community Foundation of Acadiana (CFA) for anyone wishing to assist the family of Lafayette Police Officer Segus Jolivette, who lost his life in the line of duty this week. In response to the tragedy, CFA is fundraising to collect and disperse funds to assist his family.
The City of Lafayette Police Department Fallen Heroes Fund at Community Foundation of Acadiana was established in 2017 to support Lafayette Police Department team members killed or wounded in the line of duty.
