LAFAYETTE, LA (January 17, 2025) – The Martin Luther King Holiday Committee continues preparing for the 39th celebration on Monday, January 20, 2025. In light of the predicted Arctic weather reports and with everyone’s safety at the forefront, the Evening Commemorative Program will start at 4:00 pm (two hours earlier than previously scheduled) on Monday, January 20, 2025. All other activities and programs will follow the original scheduled times.
