Youngsville, LA (April 28, 2026) – According to the Youngsville Police Department, Brett Joseph Dronet, thirty-seven, of Broussard, was arrested on multiple felony charges involving juveniles.
Police said the arrest is connected to incidents reported to have occurred on or about February seven through eight, 2026, within Lafayette Parish.
The charges include indecent behavior with juveniles, child sexual abuse material, and computer-aided solicitation of a minor, according to police.
Dronet was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
