Michele Trahan considers herself a thrifter who enjoys shopping at garage sales and thrift shops. She dreamt of opening her own shop to resell items. On March 15, 2023, she made her dream happen by opening 337 Roundabout Resale & Market in Youngsville, Louisiana.
The shop contains sterling silver and costume jewelry, vintage and antique items, dishware, furniture, and more. Some items are handcrafted by local artisans from Lafayette and surrounding areas. Other items are painted art, jewelry, candles, soaps, and wooden art, such as cutting boards.
Along with the artistry, the shop has items for resale or consignment. Trahan welcomes new vendors and artisans. For new consignees, contact Trahan through the shop’s Facebook page.
Trahan is having popups on some Saturdays for vendors and artisans to sell their items.
The shop’s hours are Wednesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
