Many people may also recognize them from Mandez’s Seafood Bar & Grill, which has locations in both Youngsville and Lafayette.
The Hernandezs are putting their touch on the menu and guest experience—starting with BIG TENDER ENERGY: huge, fresh tenders served 7 days a week, plus a continued focus on great hospitality and community connection.
