While visiting with some team members in my accounting department, I noticed a sign hanging in one of the offices. It said, “Why settle for good when great is available?” Reading this stopped me in my tracks!

I read it out loud, and Wendy, the person whose office it was hanging in, said, “That was your quote.”

I challenged my entire corporate team with this at the start of the year. I completely forgot about it but reading it reminded me how powerful that quote was. It challenged me all over again.

Maybe it’s a simple reminder of what is available to each of us that can give us the encouragement we need.
