YOUNGSVILLE, LA (November 25, 2025) – Shop the Sweet Life was created to coincide with Small Business Saturday, a national event that promotes the importance of supporting local businesses when buying for the holiday season.
Youngsville businesses in the chamber of commerce will participate by offering a special, discount or promotion for the day. Shoppers can participate by picking up a shopping pass starting at 8:00 a.m. at McDonalds in Youngsville. The first 40 shoppers will receive a goody bag of fun stuff from local businesses. Bon Temp Santa will be there to take pictures. Shoppers who visit at least seven participating businesses will be entered to win one of several prizes!
