Youngsville, LA (February 18, 2025) – St. Thomas More Catholic High School (STM) is hosting Hopefest on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Youngsville Sports Complex Amphitheater (801 Savoy Road). The event is free and open to the public.

Headlining the festival is nationally acclaimed Christian music artist Matt Maher from Nashville, Tennessee. Opening for Maher will be The Josh Blakesley Band, also a nationally touring Christian band from Houston, Texas.

In addition to all day live music, the festival will feature food vendors, a kids’ corner, fun jumps and face painting, fitness competitions, games, and more. This is the second year that Hopefest Music Festival and 5K is being held in Youngsville.

The day begins with the Hopefest 5K and 1 Mile at 9 a.m., followed by live music starting at noon. The 1 Mile Walk will start first at 9A with the 5K & 1 Mile Run taking off at 9:30A.

Proceeds from the festival support the STM Options Program for its students with special needs along with the St. Theresa Center for the Works of Mercy through the Community of Jesus Crucified in St. Martinville who serves our neighbors most in need.

Bring out your families. Come with your friends and neighbors. There always reason to celebrate Hope and to rally together in service of our neighbors most in need.
