“I am excited to announce that as of August 8, 2023 I have qualified as a candidate for the District 9 Board Member position for the Lafayette Parish School System, representing Youngsville, Milton, and Broussard.
As a conservative with a background in Accounting, Finance, and Banking, I will work to ensure proper management of our tax dollars. As a father, pastor, substitute teacher and involved parent committee member for Lafayette Parish Schools, I have a different perspective on our community and the needs of our students, their families, and educators. With that perspective in mind, I will fight for what’s best for all students and their families, as well as for educators and the growing communities that I will proudly represent in South Lafayette Parish.
I have been married to Rachel Lacy Broussard for 13 years and together we have 3 children, one adult son and two sons currently attending and thriving in Lafayette Parish Public Schools here in District 9.
