Youngsville / Broussard, LA (April 4, 2025) – BY Local News LLC (BYLN) is excited to welcome Jamie Richard Creed of Youngsville to the team. Founded by Karen Lagrange Cox in October 2022, BYLN is an online news source covering local stories in Broussard and Youngsville.
With this new collaboration, Creed will focus on the Youngsville area, while Cox continues reporting on the Broussard area. As part of this expansion, BYLN will now be based in Youngsville. Creed states, “I’m excited to join BYLN and cover the Youngsville area.”
Creed is an active community member with the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Youngsville, and several other organizations.
