LAFAYETTE, LA (May 2, 2024) – Mayor-President Monique B. Boulet has released a ‘First 100 Days Report’, offering an overview of the significant achievements and inherited challenges undertaken since assuming office on January 1, 2024.
Under Boulet’s leadership, the administration has prioritized transparency, accountability, and collaboration to address the diverse needs of Lafayette’s residents and businesses. Through diligent efforts, the administration has made substantial progress in restoring legal credibility, building financial stability, delivering public transparency, establishing efficiencies in public safety, and making transformative infrastructure investments.
“This report provides a look at how we have stabilized our government over my first 100 days in office,” said Boulet. “We are excited to write a new story for LCG over the next four years.”
Looking ahead, Boulet’s administration remains committed to building on the momentum of the first 100 days to ensure Lafayette continues to thrive and prosper. With a focus on revitalization and renovation, the administration is working to serve the community, driving progress and prosperity for all of Lafayette Parish.
