Work for the Street Repavement Project in Broussard, Louisiana, has begun. According to the City of Broussard, the project is expected to take ninety days, weather permitting.

The following streets are included in the project and are listed in order of priority:
- Kelsea Drive in District 2
- Bayou Des Glaises in District 6
- Morgan Street Roundabout (+200′ Ea. Branch) in District 6
- Patrick Drive in District 2
- Huval Drive in District 2
- Papa Joe Drive in District 2
- Attie Circle in District 2
The project was approved on March 29, 2023, by the Broussard City Council. On May 23, 2023, the Council voted to approve the low bid from Elliot Construction for the 2022-2023 Street Overlay Project. Their bid was just under $525,000. The total cost estimate for the project was $650,237.99.
