The progress on the drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure for the Villas at Albertsons is underway. According to Cliff Guidry with Guidry Land Development, the land developer for the project, the construction of the townhomes is expected to start going vertical in July 2023. After that, the completion of the entire project is estimated to take approximately fourteen months.
The townhome project is across from Broussard Commons on Albertsons Parkway in Broussard.
The apartment “Townhome” project will consist of one hundred fifty-four units, each with 875 square feet of living area, two bedrooms, and two baths. There will be a swimming pool, clubhouse, game room, pool table, gym, and business center. The outside will include a walking path, a lighted water fountain, and lush-lighted landscaping. There is a potential to have a crossing from it to Broussard Commons.
