The second Broussard Community Job Fair was held this morning at Broussard Middle School at 1325 South Morgan Avenue in Broussard, Louisiana. The first one was held in 2022.
The job fair provided job seekers with opportunities to meet and interact with representatives from various industries, including healthcare, child care, food services, hospitality, military, manufacturing, and more.
Thirty-nine businesses participated in today’s job fair, with approximately one-hundred-fifty job seekers in attendance, according to Stacy Romero, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Broussard Chamber of Commerce.
The Broussard Chamber of Commerce, the Broussard Economic Development Corporation, and the City of Broussard were responsible for holding the job fair.
