Broussard, LA (March 27 2026) – The City of Broussard and the Broussard Economic Development Corporation held their first Broussard Boil this evening. Boiled crawfish was available for purchase from local vendors.

The event was held in front of the new City Hall, located at 406 East Madison Street.

Following the crawfish boil, Geno Delafose is providing entertainment at the Broussard Event Center.
