A grand opening was held this morning for Lazy Caveman with a ribbon cutting by the Greater Southwest Louisiana Black Chamber of Commerce. A blessing was held prior to the ribbon cutting.
The Lazy Caveman has home-cooked comfort foods such as boudin, boudin eggrolls, fried ribs, fresh and smoked sausage, and other meats.
The business is owned by Jonathan Linzer and Julius Flugence and is located at 844 South Morgan Avenue in Broussard, Louisiana.
