Lafayette, LA – Regarding Saturday night’s homicide that occurred in the 100 block of Railroad Street. The suspect responsible for the shooting has been arrested, Jeremy Tyler (B/M/36) of Lafayette, LA. Mr. Tyler was arrested and booked into Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on his warrant for one count of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.

Lafayette, LA – Regarding last night’s homicide, July 15, 2023. The victim has been identified as Cleveland Siner, sixty-two, of Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Siner Stiner was shot multiple times outside of his residence. In this case, the second victim was treated at a local hospital and has since been released. We are still actively working on this case, and as more information becomes available, an update will be sent out.
Lafayette, LA – At around 10:45 p.m. on July 15, 2023, the Lafayette Police Department responded to the 100 block of Railroad Street due to reports of a shooting in progress. Upon the Officers’ arrival on the scene, two subjects were located suffering from apparent gunshot wounds in the immediate area. Emergency personnel arrived on the scene and administered life-saving measures to one of the victims. The victim later succumbed to his injuries sustained from the shooting. The second victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators are on the scene and are actively working on this incident.
