Investigation underway after incident at Walk Ons in Broussard
Broussard, March 12, 2023: On Saturday, March 11, 2023 at approximately 6:20 PM the Broussard Police Department responded to the report of a large disturbance involving weapons at the Walk-On’s located on Celebrity Dr.
Investigation revealed that there was a physical altercation between 2 subjects who knew each other. Detectives were able to confirm that while a firearm was produced there were no shots fired. Latavian Locks, 26 YOA of New Iberia was arrested for Illegal carrying of a firearm and Terrorizing; Locks was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center. Detectives are still actively investigating this case.
