BROUSSARD, LA (September 5, 2024) – LA 182 (East Main Street) from St. Etienne Road to LA 96 (Terrace Highway) will be closed on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to pour concrete for the new pier protection footing.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
A detour route will NOT be posted; however, traffic may utilize US 90 to LA 92-1 (Smede Highway) to access LA 182.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to drive cautiously and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
