LAFAYETTE, La. (Dec. 11, 2023) – St. Landry Bank & Trust Company welcomes Karen Brown Pierre as Vice President, Lafayette Parish Branch Manager/Loan Officer. Karen brings thirty years of experience and proven success in the financial services industry. She enjoys building relationships with business owners and families. She is passionate about helping them grow and realize their dreams by providing proper lending and banking services and products to streamline business growth and profitability. A native of Lafayette, Karen received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA. She demonstrates her passion for service to the community by being a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of Carencro and the Carencro Business Association and serving as a member of the Finance Council at her church. Karen enjoys baking, decorating cookies, and spending time with her husband, Samuel, and three sons, Kendall, Kennedy, and Kwincy.
