Kamden Kash Green, a first-grader from Broussard, Louisiana, won the Broussard Proud Coloring Contest. Green received a certificate and a bag of goodies from the city at tonight’s Broussard City Council meeting. Mayor Ray Bourque is holding the coloring done by Green.
