Parkway Villas on Albertson Parkway in Broussard, Louisiana, held its grand opening and ribbon cutting this afternoon.
The ribbon cutting was at 4 p.m. with the Broussard Chamber of Commerce, followed by live music from Alligator Blue, an open bar by Marcello’s Wine Market, and food catered by Chops and local businesses.
Parkway Villas comprises 154 single-level apartment units and is located at 101 Barnes Lane (off of Albertson Parkway), across from the Broussard Commons shopping center.
Each unit offers 875 square feet of living space, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unfurnished apartments have kitchen appliances, a washer, and a dryer. The complex includes a clubhouse with amenities such as a coffee bar, game room, pool table, and state-of-the-art gym. Outdoors, there is a resort-style swimming pool, a grill area, and a turf for cornhole games.
