BROUSSARD, LA (April 7, 2025) – Linda Meaux, a historian from Broussard and the author of Uniquely Mine, announced the immediate availability of her self-published full-color historical book, Tidbits of Broussard Past, on February 5, 2025.

Books are available from Linda Meaux, who delivers locally. Discounts are offered for multiple book orders. They can also be found at Country Station and Jo Del’s Gifts in Broussard or ordered online at Amazon Books.

Many customers are already enjoying reminiscing about Broussard’s history, dating from the 19th-century Acadian’s earliest history and hardships that evolved into its present-day 21st predecessor. Uniquely, the Mine Book author’s mission statement is: “We must first remember where we have come from to understand what legacy we will leave behind.”
