Water Line Break in Broussard

The following information was provided by the City of Broussard on their Facebook page:

Around 4 a.m. this morning, the city discovered a 6” water line break at the intersection of South St. Pierre and West Monroe Streets in Broussard.

City employees were able to immediately isolate the leak and make the necessary repair by 7 a.m. City employees will continue to flush lines to mitigate any discolored water.

If you experience discolored water, please report it to City Hall by calling 337-837-6681.
