LUS Fiber Launches New Customer Portal to Enhance User Experience

LAFAYETTE, LA (October 15, 2024) – LUS Fiber is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned customer portal, aimed at providing customers with a more efficient, intuitive, and secure way to manage their accounts and services. The enhanced portal offers a wide range of new features to simplify account management and provide greater convenience to LUS Fiber customers.

The portal also introduces improved support tools, including the ability to submit trouble tickets directly. These tools offer quicker response times and a more seamless customer service experience.
