The Youngsville city flag will be flown at half-mast until Monday, September 11, 2023, in honor of Bobbie Denais who passed away on September 4, 2023.
Denais, was the widow Lucas Denais who served as Youngsville Mayor from November 21, 1987 – December 31, 2002.
