Lafayette, LA – Lafayette Police Investigators have arrested Dillon Louviere 20, of Lafayette, LA in connection with the homicide that occurred earlier today. Mr. Louviere was booked in Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on one count of second degree murder. The victim from today’s homicide has been identified as Kerrington Sam 22 of Lafayette, LA.

Police Investigate Homicide on Reserve Drive
Lafayette, LA – At around 12:01 p.m. Lafayette Police Department responded to a shooting at a residence in the 100 block of Reserve Drive. Officers arrived on scene and located a male victim deceased from a gunshot wound. The identity of the victim has not been released pending death notification. Investigators are actively working this incident. As more information is received, updates will be sent out.
